Desiree Lucas, is the MC/hostes for both She'k TV as well as the Annual She'k Seminar and Showcase for Females In Rap & Hip-hop held in various cities around the country. Desiree attended school at Connecticut School of Broadcast (CSB) in Atlanta from Nov to Feb 2007.

The first Annual She'k Weekend was held in Atlanta, GA and the 2nd Annual She'k Weekend will be held in St. Louis.

The annual seminar is a free roundtable event consisting of female artist, business owners and other females in the entertainment industry.

The 2008 2nd Annual She'k Females In Rap and Hip-hop Entertainment Seminar and Showcase will be held this year St. Louis on Aug 15-17 at the Saint Ann Community Center.
The seminar on Saturday from 1:30-3:30 and the showcase scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm.

The official hotel for the event is the Renaissance Hotel near the airport.

We wil kick the weekend off on Friday Night during Mz Law's album release party.

Then on Saturday, we will have the pleasure of speaking directly with females in the entertainment industry including business owners, artist and other industry professionals. Panelist include comedian, Mz Funy, producer, Deela of Singlewone Productions, promoter, event planner, Maxine Elbert owner of JMSD Modeling and Jmaxx Promotions Entertaiment, LLC and film producer, Chantel, owner of Ohh My Media and artist Mz. Fe (CEO of Get It Girl Entertainment) plus many more.

And finally, we will end the night with the 2nd Annual She'k Females In Rap and Hip-hop Entertainment Showcase where you will be able to witness some of the hottest female performers do their thing.
